The world is moving at an incredibly fast pace, literally and metaphorically.
Awareness regarding health is getting more attention than it used to but
unfortunately, it’s not getting enough attention in Malaysia. Obesity in MALAYSIA

years, Malaysia has become the country with the highest obesity rate in Asia. On top of that, the childhood obesity rate in Malaysia is also increasing at an alarming rate.
By 2025, 1.6 million schoolchildren will be overweight if we do nothing to change. We must act now and change our lifestyle today for a better tomorrow.
